She is experienced in arbitration, litigation, mediation, and other dispute resolution forms, investment and infrastructure projects, merger and acquisition, finance, energy and natural resources, intellectual property, cultural projects (film, television, live entertainment, sports, exhibits), environment and sustainable development, regulatory compliance, transportation (aviation, shipping), commercial contracts and other business areas.

Sally Harpole has been appointed as arbitrator in more than 70 international arbitration cases in Asia, Europe and North America. She has conducted cases under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, local law, and the arbitration rules of the following institutions:

Ms. Harpole is experienced in conducting arbitration bilingually in Chinese and English, solely in Chinese and solely in English. She has worked as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and chair arbitrator.
